💸 Competitive Salary ($150,000-$175,000 base + bonus)+ Equity




This global organization has launched a B2B division that aims to partner with innovative Digital Health organizations and have already seen considerable success.


They are now seeking an experienced account manager to handle their key clients. General responsibilities involve being the main point of contact, owning the revenue target and identifying opportunities to expand the partnership to other products/services in their suite.





Manage, grow and maintain key customer relationships
Provide strategic direction related to the post-sale process
Serve as the inital point of contact
Build and nurture long-term relationships
Spearhead the blueprint to achieve revenue success through renewals, upselling and new business opportunity within existing accounts
Oversee the Customer Success Team, guiding them through onboarding, daily operations, feedback etc..



Successful track record of successful management of key accounts within Digital Health
5+ years in a senior customer success role
Understanding and ability to set and maintain key performance metrics for both the team and customers
Research-driven approach
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing or related field
