    Responsibilities

    • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or master’s in project management required
    • Master of Science/Arts/Public Health/Business Administration degree preferred
    • 7+ years of project management experience, specifically 2+ years as a Senior Project Manager
    • Professional experience in medtech, life science, health care, and/or clinical research (private or nonprofit sector), with medical device and/or diagnostics experience strongly preferred.
    • Direct experience with various Real-World Data sources (e.g., electronic health records (EHR), registries, patient-generated health data, public and private claims) and study designs used for medical devices and diagnostics strongly preferred

Storm3 is working with a well-known FertilityTech Employee Benefits company. Their missions is to deliver cost savings for employees from pre-pregnancy to menopause. The company is looking to expand their Legal team by adding a General Legal Counsel that has experience with health plans and contracts.

 

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Experience in Healthcare Technology sectors.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a start-up environment.
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  •  7+ years of legal experience, preferably in HealthTech environment.
  • Strong understanding of contracts with health plans, employers, and brokerages.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proven track record of providing sound legal advice and support to senior management.

 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents.
  • Manage and oversee the legal department and work with the external lawyers.
  • Provide expert legal advice on a variety of matters, including corporate governance, contract negotiation, regulatory compliance, intellectual property, employment law, and litigation.
  • Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations.
  • Assist in risk management and compliance initiatives.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings and negotiations when necessary.
