    As a Principal MLRS, you will work closely with engineers and experimental scientists to advance the R&D technology platform for RNA structure prediction, target identification, and early drug discovery. You will co-lead the development and evaluation of the machine learning pipeline. You will contribute new ideas and realize their potential as part of a continuously advancing state-of-the-art platform. You will proactively shape the directions of the machine learning efforts and those of the whole company.

     

    You will also play a key role in shaping the design and execution of ML research projects by harnessing the latest methodologies and best engineering practices, including foundation models, transformers and generative AI. In addition, your responsibilities will encompass team coordination, talent acquisition, and seamless collaboration with other departments within the organization.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Design and develop novel machine learning models for RNA structure prediction and drug targeting.
    • Evaluate and advance the state of the art of our structure prediction platform.
    • Collaborate with the biosciences team on the targeted acquisition of experimental data to improve our machine learning models.
    • Develop high-quality code in a team setting.
    • Work with the engineering team for model training and deployment and guide the data pipeline development.
    • Analyze, interpret, and organize results and present progress to colleagues in regular research meetings.
    • Work within a collaborative, high-caliber, interdisciplinary team and proactively shape the scientific and strategic vision of the company.

    Why apply

    • Ph.D., M.Sc., or M.Eng. in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, Materials Science, Computational Biology, or related field.
    • 5+ years of experience developing machine learning methods for scientific applications.

⚡Head of Sales

🌍Remote (United States) EST or CST Preferred

💰Competitive Salary ($175,000-$225,000)

+ Uncapped Commission + Equity

 

I have partnered with a Series B funded digital health start-up leveraging cutting edge AI-powered solutions to enhance efficiency and patient outcomes for value-based providers and health plans. They have raised over $60m in funding so far and are looking to expand their provider growth business with a Head of Sales to drive revenue growth with new logos and manage a high performing sales team.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Implement a sales strategy focused on driving revenue within the healthcare provider segment.
  • Negotiate and close deals, managing the sales process from start to finish.
  • Build and develop relationships with C-Suite executives and other key executives within provider organisations.
  • Quickly develop an established and qualified pipeline.
  • Build, lead and manage a high-performing sales team.
  • Work closely with internal product teams to meet and exceed client expectations as well as provide the product team constructive criticism for future development.
  • Enhance GTM strategy and effectiveness by working with marketing.
  • Deliver sales presentations, proposals, and pitches to communicate the value proposition of the company’s solutions to healthcare providers.

 

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of healthcare technology and digital health, particularly in the value-based care space.
  • Experience selling to health system or large multi-specialty groups focused on risk-bearing relationships. Including an existing network of relationships with physician executives and working with ACO’s.
  • 10+ years’ experience in healthcare software sales and expertise in population health or care management.
  • Start-up experience and a successful track record of growing revenue at early-stage organisations.
  • Self-starter that thrives in a dynamic working environment.
  • Experience managing and building small sales teams to overperformance.
