Responsibilities:

• Work with the Senior Leadership team and employees to provide HR guidance and direction to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
• Oversee all aspects of People and Culture Operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, learning and development and compliance with employment laws and regulations.
• Implement and manage HR systems, processes and policies to support efficient and effective operations.

Requirements:

• 3-4 years experience in a HR/People position at a high-growth/early-stage tech organisation.
• Experience handing visa transfers and a strong understanding of immigration laws.
• Experience in a HealthTech AI start-up is strongly preferred.
