We are seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to lead our data strategy, drive insights, and optimize marketing performance across digital, retail, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels.
Position Summary:
As the Director of Marketing Analytics, you will lead efforts to improve marketing effectiveness, enhance customer insights, and drive measurable outcomes. You will oversee data analytics for all marketing efforts, with a focus on e-commerce, retail, DTC, and CPG industries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the marketing analytics strategy, providing insights into consumer behavior and campaign performance.
- Optimize e-commerce performance by analyzing site traffic, conversion rates, and customer lifetime value.
- Track and report on digital campaign performance, improving ROI across paid media, email, SEO, and social media.
- Develop customer segmentation models to enhance targeting and retention efforts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data-driven decision-making.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 8+ years of experience in marketing analytics, with a focus on e-commerce, retail, DTC, or CPG.
- Expertise in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI) to drive marketing insights.
- Proven ability to lead teams and translate complex data into actionable strategies.
