After a recent Series B funding raise, bringing their total to over $40m, this company are looking to expand their sales team with a National Sales Director. This is pivotal role to the organization’s growth, where you will be a founding member of their Sales team as they continue their hyper-growth stage heading into 2025. This role reports directly into the Chief Growth Officer.
You will be selling an industry leading enterprise workforce intelligence platform, built on top of a national data network. This solution enables health systems, staffing firms, telehealth and health plans to reduce their onboarding and enrollment time. Empowering healthcare leaders to make better and faster decisions to meet patient demand, improve economic efficiencies and reduce provider burnout.
Responsibilities:
- Drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships with enterprise health systems or IDNs.
- Map large enterprise accounts including key influencers, decision-makers, and sponsors.
- Develop detailed strategic plans for account acquisition and growth.
- Collaborate with the product team, to ensure client goals and objectives are communicated and achieved.
- Operate semi-independently during all stages of the sales process, including proposals, negotiations, and contracting.
- Maximize client contracting structure and negotiate contracts and close agreements within mutually agreed timelines.
- Collect feedback and suggest ways to promote and drive enhanced customer engagement and inform our product roadmap.
Requirements:
- Annual direct sales quota attainment more than $1.5 / million and an average deal size of $500K+ in 2 out of the last 3 years in the healthcare industry selling products and services related to data and analytics.
- Five years’ experience in healthcare sector enterprise sales selling directly to senior executives (VP or above).
- An existing rolodex of senior executives to start fast in this position.
- Start-up/Scale-up experience is preferred. Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic and growing organization.
- Bachelors or higher degree in a relevant field.
