    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Develop, lead, and execute marketing strategies and plans for $200M+ revenue company with high growth targets over the next 5 years.
    • Manage the brand identity and ensure consistency across all channels.
    • Oversee digital marketing strategies with a significant focus on website management, SEO, SEM, email marketing, social media, and PPC to drive targeted traffic and conversions.

    POSITION REQUIREMENTS

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field; MBA preferred.
    • 10+ years’ experience managing marketing budgets, allocating resources effectively, and demonstrating a strong ROI on marketing investments.
    • Proven track record of success in developing and executing successful marketing strategies including management and development of large scale PPC marketing budgets and strategies.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to articulate marketing strategies to stakeholders.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and campaign performance to inform strategic and data-driven decisions.
    • Experience with digital marketing tactics, including in-depth expertise in SEO, SEM, and email marketing with demonstrated ability to manage large-scale PPC and paid social media strategies.
    • Experience in the healthcare or fertility industry preferred, but not required.

    Responsibilities:  

    • Develop, implement, and maintain an effective compliance program for pharmacy benefit management activities. 

    • Monitor and assess compliance with laws, regulations, and guidelines related to PBM and affiliated entities.  

    • Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate compliance risks.  

    • Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters related to PBM.  

    • Monitor and report on compliance metrics and key performance indicators to senior management.  

    • Keep abreast of changes in laws, regulations, and guidelines related to PBM and communicate changes to relevant stakeholders.
