Come and help disrupt the healthcare sector! My client is a go-to primary care provider that is passionate about helping solve the current issues that healthcare is facing. They offer a platform for employees to access the care they need.

They are looking for a Head of Sales to help lead and oversee the sales and business development of their rapidly growing team. This role reports directly to the CEO and you will work to help build an incredible team!

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategies to help the company’s market and sales goals
  • Execute plans to meet the needs of the company
  • Lead and effectively manage the sales team
  • Track and analyze sales metrics
  • Maintain client relationships and seek to build and nurture new ones

 

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3+ years of sales management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the healthcare and benefits market
  • An analytical mind and an ability to work cross-functionally
  • HubSpot experience
  • HealthTech experience is strongly desired
