This HealthTech focused on reducing the burden on clinicians by streamlining and automating administrative processes are opening a brand new position to promote their next phase of growth. Following an impressive 2 years of profitable revenue and headcount growth, the co-founders have identified a need to onboard a highly experienced strategist who can identify new market, M&A and operational excellence opportunities. This individual will report straight into the CEO and be expected to work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, Engineering and Finance.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of commercial market strategy and business development, reporting in to the CEO/Founders
- Manage and grow existing partnerships whilst devising the strategy for the near future
- Provide and lead strategic commercial guidance on the product pipeline
- Work closely with in-house product, technology and finance teams
- Identify and blueprint opportunities for M&As, joining the executive team in execution
Requirements
- 10+ years experience in a senior commercial/strategy role – must be from a SaaS focused HealthTech start up
- Prior experience spearheading strategic initiatives, ideally in a C-level or SVP role
- Deep experience working with payors, providers and physician networks
- High level and complex problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Conduct data driven research and market analysis
- Comfortable working on a remote, distributed team and ability to work in a fast-paced team environment
