Storm3 has partnered with a Seattle-based Series A HealthTech start-up, specializing in providing financial aid support for patients across the country. They are looking to grow their engineering team and take their AI platform to the next level.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement systems that are highly available, scalable, and reliable
• Continuously improve the reliability and availability of our production systems
• Develop and implement monitoring, metrics, and alerting systems
• Respond to and resolve incidents and outages
• Develop and maintain runbooks and incident response procedures
• Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and availability

Requirements

• A solid mastery of Linux-based systems
• Strong understanding of networking and core internet protocols
• Understanding of the following Tech Stack: Go, Python, Ruby
• Experience scripting in a shell language (Bash or POSIX Shell)
• Experience in Healthcare is a plus
• Proven track record using container-orchestration systems and microservices in a production environment
• Able to handle incidents on the fly while remaining calm and staying focused
• Knowledge of identity and access management in Google Cloud
