    Interested in joining an exciting, innovative medical device startup leading the charge in transforming healthcare practices through the development of digital pathology tools and technologies for clinical care, research and medical education?

     

    With current installations across the globe, the team is rapidly expanding their North American operations, and are looking for an integration architect to lead the software deployment activities from anywhere in the United States with their North American customers. The ideal candidate will have experience in laboratory information systems, HL7, single-sign on and medical imaging and will work within a team of >20 engineers to lead deployments with our customers.

     

    👨‍💻 Responsibilities:

    • Flexible Role Adaptation: Ability to step into various roles as required, providing insights, analysis, and tasks proactively.
    • To communicate the best solutions to our customers, with experience leading software development life cycle activities through Agile, Scrum Models, and JIRA.
    •  
    • End-to-End Ownership: Take comprehensive responsibility for developing architectural proposals that fit within the pre-existing architecture of our partners.
    • Security, and Compliance: Ensure that our installations adhere to the highest standards of security and compliance.
    • Lead and mentor the integration technology team as well as the software engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

    👩‍🎓Qualifications:

    • Experience: University Degree with at least 7 years in healthcare IT with a solid background in leadership. Proven track record of meeting tight schedules.
    • Led either 7 managers directly or a minimum of 30 engineers indirectly
    • Has done public speaking in the past
    • Worked with either PACS, digital pathology, radiology or imaging
    • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated understanding of Java Spring Boot, C-Sharp or ASP Core, VUE JS or React or Angular, HL7 and single sign on integrations.
    • Knowledge to design relational database systems with a proven ability to diagnose and evaluate system failures and determine effectiveness of database systems (including DML/DDL, stored procedures, Trigger etc.).
    • Expertise in architecting and implementing Azure Service Offering, such as Azure cloud services, Azure storage, Azure Active Directory (AD), AzureResource Manager (ARM), Azure Storage, Azure, Blob Storage, Azure VMs, MySQLDatabase, Azure Functions, and AzureService Bus or similar in AWS lambda
    • Collaborative Spirit: Effective communication skills with a focus on teamwork. Eagerness to liaise with team members and the broader organization for seamless collaboration.
    • Best Practices: Understanding of security, compliance, and best practices in the healthcare industry.

     

    Bonus:

    • Familiarity with laboratory information systems (e.g. EPIC Beaker) or,
    • Prior experience with DICOM

Storm3 is working with a well-known fertility benefits company that makes a lasting impact on families through the whole journey – from pre-conception and fertility to parenting. Their mission is to provide high-quality care throughout the whole family solution experience. The company is looking to expand its client success team.
 
Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 10+ years in B2B Sales in health tech
  • Experience in employer sales (B2B)
  • Fast-paced, mission-driven individual
  • Fertility Space experience is a HUGE plus
  • HealthTech experience is required or you’ll be automatically rejected

 
Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within assigned strategic accounts to drive client retention and satisfaction. This includes client, consultant/brokers and network partners.
  • Create and execute strategic account plans to drive growth and meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing, ensuring favorable terms for both the client and the company.
  • Work closely with internal teams including product management, marketing, and customer support to ensure a seamless client experience and address any issues that arise.
