Vice President of Sales (West)
Role: Vice President of Employer Sales (West)
Role Responsibilities:
Build a strong sales pipeline while also closing deals, exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
Be a trusted consultant and an advisor to external parties (benefits executives and healthcare consultants), enabling you to gain insights into your prospects’ pain-points and buying needs.
Become an expert on product and present to prospective customers and collaborate well with team members and forecast accurately.
Salary range: $175,000 – $185,000 base, 50/50 split on commission + equity.
Preferred background:
- Technical salesperson who must be able to be conversant in fertility benefits as it is complex to sell.
- Emotional seller that must believe in the product as clients buy emotionally. Someone who can sell their why.
- Relationship based selling background, must be someone clients can trust. Ability to build deeper relationships to close deals.
- Background selling direct to Employer, a rolodex of broker/consultant contacts is a plus.
- Must be based in West Coast, from Texas onwards with the ability to travel across the West Coast.
- Fertility benefits background is a plus.
