What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to generate revenue growth and market expansion.
- Build and mentor a high-performing sales team.
- Drive partnerships with healthcare providers, payers, and industry leaders.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine sales approaches and identify new opportunities.
- Oversee sales forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting to ensure accurate tracking of performance metrics.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10+ years of experience in healthcare sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven success in selling to hospitals, health systems, or other large healthcare organizations.
- Strong understanding of telemedicine, critical care, or other healthcare technology solutions.
- Outstanding communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
