    I have partnered with an early-stage HealthTech organisation who recently raised $30m in recent funding. Solving a critical crisis in the US healthcare system, this company are streamlining healthcare payments for providers, patients and payers to reduce healthcare costs and complexity through their AI/ML powered technology platform.

    They are seeking a founding Head of Solution Delivery to join their GTM team and oversee all parts of post sale relationships with their clients. This role will be part of the senior leadership team. 

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure a seamless customer onboarding experience.
    • Convey solution value through customer reporting, data analysis, and executive presentations. Define the key metrics that matter most to our customers. Develop case studies showcasing our impact.
    • Identify opportunities to optimize solution performance in the customer environment. Support individual customers in their product adoption journey, whilst providing internal feedback to our Product and Engineering teams for continuous improvement.
    • Surface value-driven upsell opportunities and collaborate closely with the sales team to expand our footprint with existing customers.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of experience in customer success, account management or solution delivery.
    • Prior experience in healthcare consulting would be preferred.
    • Minimum 3 years working in a high-growth/early-stage HealthTech company.
    • 5+ years working with health systems as the end customer. Whilst managing relationships at the VP and C-Suite level.
    • Strong data skills. Comfort diving into customer data and regularly interfacing with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to explain and improve performance.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic working environment.

About the Role
As Senior Vice President of Analytics, you’ll set and execute the vision for our analytics function, driving strategy and outcomes across the business. You will oversee teams spanning data science, product analytics, business intelligence, and health economics, and serve as a key voice at the executive table.

Reporting to the CEO (or COO), this role is ideal for a mission-driven leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-impact environments and brings deep healthcare data expertise. We’re looking for a strategic and hands-on executive who can turn complex data into transformative action.


What You’ll Do

  • Own Analytics Strategy: Develop and lead a comprehensive data and analytics vision aligned to product, clinical, and commercial priorities

  • Lead a High-Impact Team: Build and manage a cross-functional team of analysts, data scientists, and outcomes researchers

  • Drive Enterprise Impact: Provide actionable insights across the organization—fueling product innovation, customer outcomes, and operational efficiency

What You Bring

  • 15+ years of experience in analytics, data science, or quantitative strategy roles, with 5+ years in senior/executive leadership

  • Strong background in healthcare data: EMR, claims, lab, patient-reported outcomes, SDOH, etc.

  • Proven experience building and scaling high-performing analytics organizations in healthtech, digital health, or life sciences

  • Hands-on knowledge of statistical modeling, A/B testing, machine learning, and HEOR methodologies

  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—able to translate data into compelling narratives for executive and customer audiences

  • Deep familiarity with modern data stacks and tools (e.g., Snowflake, dbt, Looker, Databricks)

  • Graduate degree in a quantitative field required (e.g., Statistics, Epidemiology, Health Economics, Data Science); PhD a plus
