    ⚡ Head of Growth

    ✨ AI-Powered Decision-Making Platform Transforming Biopharma Insights

    🌍 Hybrid (Los Angeles, CA)

    About the Company

They are building a modern, agentic, and intelligent decision-making platform for the biopharma and life sciences industry. Using cutting-edge AI, knowledge-graph, and agentic systems, they automate workflows and delivers crucial insights that help companies make faster, smarter investment decisions. With multiple top-25 pharma customers already signed and rapid traction in the market, they’re recently funded and ready to scale aggressively.

As Head of Growth, you’ll own their entire growth engine from first touch to closed deal. You’ll design and execute a portfolio of experiments across every acquisition channel (content, outbound, events, partner co-marketing, PLG loops, website A/B tests), and turn successful plays into scalable growth engines. This is a rare opportunity to build the GTM foundation of a frontier AI company already working with industry leaders.

    Responsibilities

    • Growth Strategy & Leadership – Own and refine the growth roadmap, prioritizing high-leverage experiments and setting OKRs for acquisition, activation, and retention.
    • Channel Ownership – Design, test, and scale outbound, paid, SEO, and content syndication campaigns — codifying what works into repeatable playbooks.
    • Analytics & Optimization – Build full-funnel visibility through HubSpot, GA, SQL, or your preferred stack; define KPIs and share clear dashboards to track ROI and learnings.
    • Events & Partnerships – Hack conferences, co-marketing swaps, and integration partnerships to amplify their reach and generate high-quality leads.
    • Website & Conversion – Continuously test and optimize messaging, pricing pages, and signup flows in collaboration with design and engineering teams.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration – Partner with product, content, and engineering to create narratives and campaigns that engage and convert biopharma decision-makers.

    Requirements

    • 4–7 years driving B2B SaaS growth, with proven wins across multiple channels and experience scaling acquisition from 0 → $10M+ ARR.
    • Demonstrated success in building data pipelines, running multivariate tests, and translating insights into GTM processes.
    • Creative, scrappy, and data-driven — you’ve hacked events, optimized funnels, and can cite the metrics that mattered.
    • Fluent in the modern growth stack (marketing automation, attribution tools, Webflow/WordPress, basic SQL, Figma for mockups).
    • Low-ego collaborator who thrives in the ambiguity and pace of an early-stage, high-talent, high-autonomy culture.

    Why Join?

🚀 Traction – Multiple top-25 pharma customers already onboard; rapid enterprise sales cycles and meaningful early-stage revenue.

🧠 Frontier Tech – Build at the intersection of AI, knowledge graphs, and decision intelligence for companies shaping global health.

💰 Well-Funded & Scaling Fast – Backed by premier investors, fully resourced to grow aggressively over the next several years.

🤝 High-Ownership Culture – Small, fast-moving team where you’ll ship quickly, own projects end-to-end, and collaborate with exceptional peers.

💼 Compensation & Benefits – Competitive salary, meaningful equity, full healthcare coverage, and flexible hybrid/remote work setup.
