    Interested in joining an innovative start up at the forefront of developing innovative gene therapies and genetic medicine for treating genetic disorders?

    This role would be working directly with the Product leadership team and focused on leading the pharma data analytics product platform and expanding the product portfolio. You will streamline cross-functional communications, lead market research, prepare go-to-market strategies and lead 0-1 development.

     

    👨‍💻 Responsibilities:

    • Conduct market research to identify customer segments and gather user feedback from clinical stakeholders.
    • Monitor competitors, market trends, and usability studies to inform product roadmaps.
    • Define and prioritize product requirements based on user input and market analysis.
    • Secure training data sets for machine learning applications.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage improvement requests, and implement process optimizations.
    • Develop value propositions, differentiators, and selling points for sales and business development.
    • Create pricing strategies and support product launches with sales training materials.
    • Explore new market opportunities and assist sales teams, especially in discussions around product roadmaps.
    • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop product messaging, promotional materials, and informative briefs.

     

    👩‍🎓Qualifications:

    • B.S in Engineering, Computer Science or another relevant field, M.B.A preferred
    • 5+ years experience with hands on experience in software development/product management
    • Deep understanding of database, analytical software and the pharma business
    • Experience with analytic software product development tools and Agile Scrum methods,
    • Experience with data analytics applications and working with large data sets,
    • Experience leading clinical data-driven products for healthcare data would be a big advantage,
    • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively on cross-functional teams in a fast-moving environment,
    • Working knowledge of data science tools such as Python, SQL, Power BI, etc.
