Overview of the company:
Storm3 is working with a leading fertility benefits company that is transforming the family-building journey, from pre-conception and fertility to parenting. Their mission is to deliver high-quality care at every stage of the family experience, making a lasting impact on families worldwide.
They are expanding their sales team and seeking an RVP of Sales. This is an individual contributor role requiring proven experience in selling into enterprise accounts and building strong, long-term relationships with HR leaders and key decision-makers.
Qualifications/Requirements:

10+ years in B2B Sales in health tech

Experience in employer sales (B2B)

Fast-paced, mission-driven individual
-
Fertility Space experience is a HUGE plus
-
HealthTech experience is required or you’ll be automatically rejected
Responsibilities:

Drive new business development by identifying and targeting employer clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals.

Build and maintain relationships with HR leaders, benefits managers, and executives to understand needs and position tailored solutions.

Lead the sales process from product demos and consultative presentations to proposal development, negotiation, and closing.

Collaborate cross-functionally with legal, finance, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and client satisfaction.

Manage pipeline and performance by maintaining accurate CRM records, reporting forecasts, and consistently achieving sales targets.
