    About the Role
    We are building a healthcare store that makes it simple to access world-class care with speed and transparency. We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager (IC) to own the consumer experience from first touch through visit completion and follow-up.

    What You’ll Do

    • Drive roadmap and outcomes (activation, conversion, retention, CSAT/NPS).
    • Define product vision and translate strategy into sequenced bets and PRDs.
    • Partner with Design to deliver polished, intuitive patient and provider journeys.
    • Collaborate with clinicians, ops, and engineering to model real-world workflows.
    • Ship iteratively, run discovery, and leverage data to guide decisions.
    • Build reliable, trust-driven experiences that succeed under operational complexity.

    What We’re Looking For

    • 8–12 years as a senior IC PM with strong consumer experience.
    • Proven success in high-growth, fast-paced environments.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with clinical stakeholders to deeply understand user needs, pain points, and operational workflows.
    • Translate clinical requirements into detailed product specifications, user stories, and Jira tickets for implementation.
    • Partner with Product Design to create intuitive, role-specific user experiences that integrate seamlessly into clinical routines.
    • Lead cross-functional agile teams including engineering, design, data science, and QA through all stages of the product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and iteration.
    • Define and track success metrics to measure impact on clinical performance, care quality, and patient outcomes.
    • Work closely with AI/ML teams to ensure technical solutions are interpretable, clinically safe, and effectively integrated into workflows.
    • Align with executive leadership and cross-functional partners to ensure product direction supports company strategy and clinical goals.

    Qualifications

    • 8+ years of product management experience, ideally in healthcare technology, clinical platforms.
    • Experience designing and launching products for care teams, including physicians, coaches, nurses, or other allied health professionals.
    • Proven ability to build complex workflow tools and AI-integrated features that support high-stakes decision-making in regulated environments.
    • Strong understanding of clinical operations, healthcare delivery models, and the needs of multidisciplinary care teams.
    • Demonstrated ability to lead agile teams and manage the product development lifecycle end to end.
    • Strategic thinker with excellent execution skills capable of balancing long-term vision with short-term priorities.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to inform decisions, generate insights, and continuously improve product performance.
    • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a proven track record of aligning diverse stakeholders.
    • Experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) systems, clinical documentation tools, or care coordination platforms is a strong plus.

    Compensation And Benefits
     The compensation range for this position is $180,000-$210,000 annually.

Senior AI Applications Engineer (Remote, U.S.)

About the Role

We’re seeking a Senior AI Applications Engineer to help shape the next generation of intelligent, personalized health applications. You’ll work at the intersection of backend engineering and AI, collaborating with AI, mobile, backend, and clinical teams to build scalable systems that support real-world health outcomes.

What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and tools that enhance clinical workflows and decision-making.

  • Implement full-stack architectures for AI-agentic systems—from context and prompt engineering to API design and deployment.

  • Build and maintain robust, scalable backend services and integrations using Python, Java Spring Boot, and SQL.

  • Partner with clinical and product teams to translate real-world healthcare needs into technical prototypes and production systems.

  • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (HIPAA) across all AI applications.

  • Monitor, optimize, and scale AI systems in production for performance and reliability.

  • Participate in occasional travel to the company’s headquarters for planning and collaboration.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM field (Master’s preferred).

  • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in backend development.

  • Proven experience developing and deploying LLM-powered applications (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).

  • Hands-on expertise with prompt engineering, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and related AI techniques.

  • Proficiency in Python and/or Java, and experience with microservice architectures.

  • Strong SQL experience with PostgreSQL or MySQL, including performance optimization.

  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams.

  • Prior experience in healthcare, biosensors, or digital health is a plus (not required).
