💸 $150k – $170k + Bonus; Total Comp Depending on Experience
Storm3 is working with a well-known fertility benefits company that makes a lasting impact on families through the whole journey – from pre-conception and fertility to parenting. Their mission is to provide high-quality care throughout the whole family solution experience. The company is looking to expand. The ideal candidate has strong nursing experience, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to translate complex clinical data into clear client insights.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Clinical in Women’s Health background required (nurse, embryologist, etc)
- Client-facing presentation experience
- Strong understanding of the family-building industry
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
- Ability to assess complex client needs and develop tailored solutions
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the clinical and programmatic subject matter expert for employer and health plan clients
- Partner with Client Success leadership to support client relationships post-implementation, ensuring satisfaction and renewal
- Interpret and present clinical outcomes, utilization data, and program performance to clients
- Translate clinical details into actionable business insights
- Educate clients on family-building and wellbeing programs, adjusting communication to each population’s needs
- Represent clinical expertise at client meetings, benefit fairs, and industry events
Benefits:
