    Storm3 is working with a preventive health in-home. They give consumers comprehensive blood testing and clear, actionable insights so they can detect and optimize their health long before symptoms appear. They are looking for their founding Chief Clinical Officer that has an active US Medical License (FL & TX Mandatory). As their Chief Clinical Officer, you’d serve as their US Medical Lead on the platform and their US clinical authority. A huge plus would be experience in telemedicine, diagnostics, or longevity-focused care.
     
    ⚡ Who We’re Looking For:
    • Someone with an active US medical license (FL & TX Mandatory, more states preferred)
    • Clinical experience in internal medicine, preventive health, or integrative care
    • Understanding of HIPAA compliance, telehealth regulations, and patient data privacy
    ⚡ What You’ll Do
    • Provide oversight, regulatory accountability, and quality assurance for all medical outputs.
    • Serve as the US clinical authority for Elys (federal & state telehealth laws, HIPAA, etc.)
    • Conduct weekly reviews of a sample of practitioner video consultations to ensure accuracy, tome, ethics, and adherence to SOPs.

    • Own the end-to-end AI product lifecycle: ideation → prototyping → deployment → optimization

    About the Role

    We’re seeking a Senior AI Applications Engineer to help shape the next generation of intelligent, personalized health applications. You’ll work at the intersection of backend engineering and AI, collaborating with AI, mobile, backend, and clinical teams to build scalable systems that support real-world health outcomes.

    What You’ll Do

    • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and tools that enhance clinical workflows and decision-making.

    • Implement full-stack architectures for AI-agentic systems—from context and prompt engineering to API design and deployment.

    • Build and maintain robust, scalable backend services and integrations using Python, Java Spring Boot, and SQL.

    • Partner with clinical and product teams to translate real-world healthcare needs into technical prototypes and production systems.

    • Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards (HIPAA) across all AI applications.

    • Monitor, optimize, and scale AI systems in production for performance and reliability.

    What You’ll Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related STEM field (Master’s preferred).

    • 5+ years of software engineering experience with a strong foundation in backend development.

    • Proven experience developing and deploying LLM-powered applications (e.g., GPT, Claude, Gemini).

    • Hands-on expertise with prompt engineering, vector databases, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), and related AI techniques.
