Role Overview
They are looking for a Director of Marketing to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, and growth across employer and employee channels. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, data-driven, and has experience in B2B marketing within the health or benefits space.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns to drive lead generation, brand awareness, and customer engagement
- Own the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing programs including email, digital, social media, events, and partnerships
- Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to ensure alignment between marketing initiatives and business objectives
- Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and market trends to inform marketing strategy
- Manage marketing content creation, including copywriting, graphics, and video
- Oversee external vendors and agencies as needed to execute campaigns
- Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote company culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, employer benefits, or health technology
- Proven track record in running successful marketing campaigns that drive measurable results
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker)
- Strong communication and project management skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Creative thinker with attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
