⚡ What You’ll Do
- Own and close new employer relationships across the fully-insured and self-insured market
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract execution
- Build and deepen strategic relationships with benefits brokers, consultants, and channel partners
- Drive pipeline generation and accurately forecast revenue
- Partner closely with marketing, product, and leadership to refine positioning and go-to-market strategy
- Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder buying cycles with HR, finance, and executive leadership
⚡ Who We’re Looking For
- A proven, quota-carrying sales professional with experience selling into:
- Employer benefits
- Brokers and consultants
- Strong understanding of the employer benefits landscape
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strategic thinker who is highly execution-oriented
- Confident relationship builder with excellent communication and negotiation skills
