💸 $160K – $190K base salary+ Bonus + some cool stipends!

We’re partnering with a fast-growing digital health platform that powers a unique online community for healthcare professionals worldwide. This is the go-to space where physicians, pharmacists, and other clinical leaders come together to connect, share insights, and improve patient care.

The team is hiring a Senior Director of Community Engagement to scale member engagement and retention across its expanding community. The ideal candidate blends community-building instincts with lifecycle marketing strategy, and has experience increasing active users, launching scalable engagement programs, and building long-term member affinity. This role will lead a cross-functional team and drive key KPIs tied to retention, satisfaction, and community health.

🔍 What You’ll Be Doing

• Own the vision and roadmap for engagement across multiple HCP segments
• Launch scalable programs and monitor and optimize KPIs tied to engagement, retention, and satisfaction
• Lead strategy across the full member lifecycle—from onboarding to reactivation
• Manage a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to build and scale email, in-product, and event-driven campaigns
• Design and grow member-driven programs (events, promotions, content, etc.)
• Lead community content strategy and collaborate with internal and contract creators
• Work with product and analytics to identify pain points, motivations, and growth levers

🎯 What You Bring

• 10–14+ years in community engagement, lifecycle marketing, or member growth
• Experience building professional communities (healthcare or B2B)
• Familiarity with lifecycle tools (e.g., Marketo) is a bonus
