    I am working with an industry leader in ambient AI clinical documentation market, who are actively seeking a VP Growth. This organisation received a staggering amount of funding in their Series B round this year and are looking to grow their GTM team in Q1 of 2025.

    Too much time is being taken up where doctors are writing notes in their EMR system rather than focusing on their patients. This proprietary platform digitizes natural clinician-patient conversations, which are converted into comprehensive medical notes and structured data in real time, integrating with major EHR’s seamlessly.

    This solution relieves clinicians of administrative burden, in turn, reducing burnout, increasing clinician efficiency and improving patient access.

    Responsibilities:

    • Own a territory of Enterprise accounts including large integrated delivery networks and health systems.
    • Drive the full complex sales cycle within ‘zero based accounts’ from identification, relationship building with key stakeholders, contracting and negotiation through transition to customer teams within assigned market segments.
    • Manage a small team of sales representatives, responsible for managing team revenue and ensuring high performance.
    • Learn and understand different product offerings and solutions to address customer objectives and support a range of specialties.
    • Become intimately familiar with the structure of hospital and physician practices in order to communicate the business value of our service and the ROI of our products.
    • Work closely and collaboratively cross-functionally with Product, Clinical Operations, Account Management and Marketing teams.

    Requirements:

    • 8+ years of sales experience selling SaaS, NLP, AI, ML or LLM type solutions.
    • An existing track record and VP+ relationships within Enterprise Healthcare Provider organizations – preferably clinical leaders (CMO’s, CMIO’s, CIO’s and Physician Executives).
    • Experience managing and closing complex sales cycles using solution selling techniques.
    • Experience closing average deal sizes of $500k ARR and above.
    • Proven track record of hitting quota sizes of $2m and above.
    • Domain expertise in AI first products including clinical natural language processing and machine learning.
    • Willingness to travel up to 50%.
