The company is expanding their sales team and bring on an individual contributor who focuses on health plans sales.
    Qualifications/Requirements:

    • Health Plans/Payor sales experience
    • Experience in Digital Health
    • Fast-paced, mission-driven individual
    • HealthTech experience is required or you’ll be automatically rejected

    Responsibilities:

    • Own health plan revenue / bookings targets (MA, Commercial, Medicaid, etc.)
    • Lead new logo acquisition of payer accounts
    • Drive complex, multi-stakeholder deals with national/regional health plans

    Benefits:

    • Base: $175k – $200k
    • OTE: $350k – $400k

    About the Role
    We’re hiring an experienced commercial leader to oversee and scale all net-new revenue efforts across Sales, Consultant Relations, and Strategic Partnerships. This executive will play a critical role in driving growth, building scalable go-to-market infrastructure, and leading a high-performing commercial organization through its next phase of expansion.

    This is a highly visible leadership opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys building from the ground up, and can balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution.

    What You’ll Own
    • Lead and scale the direct Sales organization to consistently exceed revenue targets
    • Oversee Consultant Relations and Strategic Partnerships functions
    • Develop and execute a unified go-to-market strategy across all commercial channels
    • Personally support and close high-value enterprise opportunities as needed in a player-coach capacity

    The Role

    What You’ll Need

    • 15+ years in operations, general management, or business operations within healthcare delivery or complex regulated environments
    • Proven track record scaling operations in high-growth organizations where systems were still being built
    • Experience overseeing large, distributed frontline workforces across multiple markets or regions
    • Strong systems thinker — ability to diagnose root causes across organizational boundaries and build mechanisms that improve execution reliability
    • Experience building operating cadence, performance reviews, metrics frameworks, and escalation systems
