We’re partnered with a fast-growing, AI-powered benefits navigation platform helping employees actually understand and use the benefits their employers have already paid for. They work with HR leaders and benefits teams at large, self-insured employers to drive engagement, reduce costs, and eliminate the confusion that leaves benefits dollars on the table.
What you’ll do
- Own and grow a national pipeline of employer opportunities, both direct and through broker and benefits consultant partnerships
- Run complex, consultative sales cycles with HR, benefits, and C-suite stakeholders at mid-market and enterprise employers
- Build and nurture a deep channel network across the consultant and broker community
- Lead RFP responses, ROI modeling, and contract negotiations from first call through close
- Manage and develop a team of AEs while staying hands-on with your own territory
- Partner cross-functionally with product, marketing, and customer success to shape go-to-market strategy and positioning
- Represent the company at HR, benefits, and employer health trade shows and industry events
What we’re looking for
- Must be based in the West Coast
- 7+ years in employer benefits, point solution, or HR tech sales with a proven track record closing mid-market and enterprise deals
- Experience in a player-coach or leadership, comfortable both closing deals and developing others
- Strong existing relationships across the broker and benefits consultant community
- Passion for benefits engagement, health equity, or improving the employee experience
