    • Established network of senior decision-makers across national and regional health plans.
    • Deep understanding of digital health, value-based care, population health management, and payer reimbursement models.
    • Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICCChallenger Sale, or similar frameworks, with a track record of navigating complex buying committees.
    • Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate both clinical and economic value propositions at the executive level.
    • Willingness and ability to travel to customer meetings, industry conferences, and other key stakeholder engagements.
    • Experience operating in highly regulated healthcare environments is strongly preferred.

• Understanding of AI-enabled products, LLM integrations, agent frameworks, or intelligent automation solutions
• Strong system design and architecture experience with cloud-native applications
• Experience with event-driven systems and service-oriented architectures
• Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and influence engineering direction
• Strong debugging, performance optimization, and production support experience
• Experience working within fast-paced, high-growth technology environments
• Familiarity with AWS, Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and modern engineering tooling preferred
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
