Responsibilities
- Drive Strategy: Develop and execute revenue generation and business development strategies specifically tailored to the Health Plan market.
- Pipeline Generation: Leverage your existing network of Health Plan and Payer executives to identify, qualify, and close new enterprise opportunities.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate trusted relationships with key decision-makers, medical directors, and innovation stakeholders across commercial, Medicare, and Medicaid plans.
- Optimise Revenue: Analyse revenue streams, market trends, and product offerings to continuously refine go-to-market strategy and maximise business growth.
- Exceed Targets: Lead complex enterprise sales cycles from discovery through close, consistently achieving or exceeding quarterly and annual revenue objectives.
Required Skills & Experience
- 7+ years of proven experience driving business growth within Health Plan and Payer markets.
- Demonstrated success closing multi-year SaaS or technology-enabled contracts with annual or total contract values exceeding $1M.
- Established network of senior decision-makers across national and regional health plans.
- Deep understanding of digital health, value-based care, population health management, and payer reimbursement models.
- Expertise in enterprise sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or similar frameworks, with a track record of navigating complex buying committees.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate both clinical and economic value propositions at the executive level.
- Willingness and ability to travel to customer meetings, industry conferences, and other key stakeholder engagements.
- Experience operating in highly regulated healthcare environments is strongly preferred.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Active memberships in organisations such as ACHE, HFMA, or similar healthcare associations are welcomed but not required.
