  • Licensed to practice in NY
  • 4 – 8 years of experience at Law firms/ in-house
  • Experience working with biopharma and biotech companies

⚡ What You’ll Do

  • Establish and scale the company’s legal function
  • Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements
