⚡ Senior Platform Engineer (MarTech)

🏥 AI Digital Twin for Metabolic Health
📍 Remote, USA
💸 $145k – $165k + equity

Join a Series E healthtech company using AI Digital Twin technology to reverse chronic metabolic disease. You’ll own the shared Braze and Hightouch platforms that power acquisition, enrollment, and customer engagement across the business. This is a platform engineering role with real ownership: you set the standards for how marketing technology gets built, integrated, and operated.

Responsibilities

  • Own Braze and Hightouch as shared infrastructure: configuration, day-to-day support, and continuous improvement across the business
  • Standardize reusable Braze Canvas architecture, templates, and build processes with testing and release checks
  • Maintain reliable integrations across Braze, Hightouch, Snowflake, Salesforce, and mail vendors: attributes, events, audience sync, and reporting data
  • Implement Liquid personalization, behavioral triggers, and send-time optimization with stakeholder teams
  • Monitor reliability, data integrity, and deployment health; build dashboards and alerts that catch issues early
  • Develop landing pages, APIs, webhooks, and automation as scope grows, including Twilio, FCM, and AWS SNS integrations
  • Implement website tracking via Google Tag Manager, including server-side tagging and consent-mode integration

Requirements

  • 3+ years in MarTech engineering or platform integrations, with ownership of production platforms
  • Hands-on with a journey orchestration platform (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, SFMC): multi-step journeys, segmentation, event-triggered logic, Liquid or similar templating
  • Proficiency in SQL and a strong understanding of customer data models and warehouse-to-platform synchronization
  • Working programming skills in Python, Java, or JavaScript/TypeScript: automation, REST APIs, webhooks, authentication
  • Full-stack comfort with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and backend services
  • US work authorization required; no sponsorship available

Why apply?

  • Own the platforms every growth team depends on, with direct influence on architecture and standards
  • Series E momentum: $100M+ raised, backed by Sequoia, Temasek, and ICONIQ
  • Fully remote with competitive comp, equity, unlimited vacation, 100% employer-covered health/dental/vision, and 16 weeks paid parental leave
  • Work on AI-native products improving real health outcomes for members nationwide
