This is a fast-growing start-up and AI research lab who are developing Agentic Intelligence / Foundation Models for the most critical issues in Supercomputing.

Responsibilities:

• Own the bridge between SOTA research and product development
• Shape technical and strategic direction for R&D – across post-training & systems stack
• Grow and lead a team of Engineers + Researchers

Requirements:

• Expertise in state-of-the-art model training – particularly in agentic & eval harnesses, or post-training and RL
• Previously led efforts in RL / agents / evals at frontier model training labs
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and lower-level infra
• Ability to grow and manage a distributed team
