The team is building AI-powered technology used across high-volume healthcare workflows and is looking for a Staff Software Engineer to help scale its core platform and infrastructure.
 
Responsibilities

• Lead complex projects from concept through production
• Own ambiguous technical problems with significant autonomy
• Influence architecture and technical direction
• Mentor engineers and raise engineering standards
• Build secure, scalable systems within healthcare

 
Requirements

• 7+ years’ software engineering experience
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience building scalable production systems
• Track record leading complex technical projects
• Comfortable owning architecture through delivery
• Thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments
