We are seeking a strategic and hands-on Technical Product Manager with expertise in RCM (Revenue Cycle Management) within health or enterprise tech sectors. You will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative products aligned with clinical and operational needs, ensuring revenue cycle solutions are efficient, scalable, and meet healthcare industry standards. Your expertise will guide the development lifecycle from concept through delivery, ensuring technical excellence and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define product vision and strategy for core healthcare systems, with a focus on revenue cycle management (RCM), translating market needs into clear technical roadmaps.
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, and business teams to prioritize features and deliver high-quality releases that optimize revenue cycles.
• Drive the entire product lifecycle, from requirement gathering to deployment and optimization of RCM solutions.
• Lead stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across teams and executive leadership on revenue cycle initiatives.
• Analyze user feedback and market trends to inform continuous product improvements in RCM processes.
• Manage backlog and sprint planning to ensure timely delivery of features.

Requirements / Who We’re Looking For:

• Product management expertise in health tech or enterprise software, specifically in RCM solutions.
• Strong technical background, with experience in health systems, healthcare revenue cycle workflows, or healthcare integrations.
