Opportunity: Join a fast-growing AI-driven health platform as a Senior AI Engineer, leading the development of innovative AI features that deliver personalized health insights. You’ll work alongside top Data Scientists and AI Engineers to shape solutions using Gen AI, AI agents, and deep learning—powering a Digital Twin AI system that offers individualized recommendations to improve health outcomes. Work closely with cross-functional teams to design end-to-end AI products, from conceptualization to deployment, owning quality and performance standards. Use your expertise to develop custom ML models, conversational AI, and generative systems, influencing product direction and member engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the full lifecycle of AI product development, from ideation to deployment.
• Ensure engineering excellence through rigorous testing, CI pipelines, and scalable infrastructure.
• Build, refine, and deploy ML models that enable personalized, behavior-changing recommendations.
• Collaborate with clinical, research, and analytics teams to craft impactful AI experiences.
• Develop evaluation frameworks for LLMs and generative systems to ensure reliability and accuracy.

Requirements / Who We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of industry experience creating AI/ML systems in production.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals, including testing, CI/CD, and system design.
• Deep experience with LLMs, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, and AI evaluation frameworks.
• Proficiency in Python and deploying AI models at scale.
• Hands-on experience with Voice AI or multi-modal models is a plus.
