This is a high-impact leadership role at a fast-growing healthcare technology company. You’ll oversee the evolution of a treatment platform supporting nutrition, activity, and medication management, working at the forefront of healthcare innovation. Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and clinical teams, you will drive technical excellence, scale systems, and steer AI-powered features to enhance user outcomes.

As a senior leader, you will mentor and grow a talented engineering team, shape architecture, and champion AI-assisted workflows. Your technical expertise in backend microservices, APIs, SQL, and scalable systems will influence design decisions and ensure operational excellence. You’ll partner with cross-functional teams to deliver a best-in-class member experience while enforcing high engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, develop, and retain a high-performing engineering team within a fast-paced environment.
• Drive scalable architecture design, reviews, and performance optimization for production systems.
• Champion AI integration, including generative and predictive AI features, to optimize platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with product and operations to prioritize initiatives based on business impact and system health metrics.
• Establish processes for observability, incident management, and continuous delivery.
• Foster a culture of high-quality engineering, automation, and innovation.
• Take on additional responsibilities such as on-call rotations and strategic planning.

Requirements / Who We’re Looking For:

• 8+ years in software engineering, with 3+ years managing technical teams.
• Strong backend foundation, including microservices, APIs, SQL, and event-driven architectures.
• Experience architecting and operating production systems at scale.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted workflows.
• Excellent communication skills, with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
• Healthcare or regulated environment exposure is a plus.
