    I’m looking for a Staff or Principal Product Designer to lead the design and experience strategy for innovative, user-centered digital health products. In this role, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape delightful, engaging, and outcome-driven experiences across mobile and web platforms. You’ll leverage empathy, systems thinking, and behavioural insight to deliver personalized programs that support long-term health improvement through AI-powered content, sensor data, and digital tools.

     

    The ideal candidate has deep experience in mobile-first healthcare or wellness products and a strong understanding of how to influence behaviour change through intuitive, data-driven design.

     

    Key Responsibilities

    • Partner closely with designers, content strategists, product managers, engineers, and marketing to create meaningful, validated product experiences.
    • Lead design strategy and execution across complex, multi-step user journeys that support behavior change and improve health outcomes.
    • Design journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals with clear documentation for implementation and cross-functional alignment.
    • Champion the use of design systems and consistent UI patterns across the product suite.
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and end users to generate ideas, shape feature direction, and drive iteration through research and testing.
    • Leverage emerging technologies—especially AI/ML and sensor data—to streamline complex workflows and personalize user experiences.
    • Define, present, and advocate for your design rationale across stakeholders, aligning your work with broader product and business goals.
    • Drive ongoing discovery of user needs, ensuring a user-first mindset is embedded in team culture and decision-making.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, UX, or a related field.
    • 10+ years of product/UX design experience, including 3–5 years working on healthcare or wellness-related applications.
    • Proven success designing high-impact consumer-facing mobile apps that integrate clinical insight, health data, or wellness engagement strategies.
    • Expertise in interaction design, visual design, information architecture, and design systems.
    • Hands-on experience running user research, synthesizing feedback, and iterating based on findings.
    • Clear and effective communicator—written, verbal, and visual—with the ability to collaborate seamlessly with engineering teams.
    • Passion for AI/ML technologies; experience designing AI/LLM-augmented experiences or prompt-based tools is a plus.
    • Experience mentoring or guiding other designers and aligning teams around a unified design language and strategy.

  • Sr Product Manager- Nutrition

    Opportunity

    A rapidly growing healthtech organization is seeking a Senior Product Manager to join its dynamic product team. This role will partner closely with engineers, designers, nutritionists, and data scientists to deliver personalized nutrition-focused mobile app experiences that help users achieve meaningful health outcomes.

     

    Product Managers in this team lead initiatives end-to-end—working cross-functionally across product design, engineering (mobile and backend), and clinical stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a deep interest in consumer health, strong problem-solving abilities, and the drive to improve lives through intuitive, data-informed solutions.     Responsibilities

    • Drive product development focused on treating metabolic health conditions such as Type 2 Diabetes, Prediabetes, and Obesity.
    • Lead the strategy and execution of mobile app experiences.
    • Draft comprehensive product specifications spanning both member-facing mobile apps and internal clinical web applications.
    • Collaborate with design to create user-centric experiences for both members and clinical staff.
    • Own sprint planning and execution by writing clear Jira tickets and working closely with engineering, QA, and design teams.
    • Co-lead agile ceremonies (e.g., standups, backlog grooming, sprint planning) and manage feature rollouts in phases.
    • Translate member feedback, gathered from nutritionists, coaches, and operations teams, into actionable product decisions.
    • Help personalize the product experience to better meet customer preferences and drive engagement.
    • Take on additional responsibilities as needed.

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of Product Management experience with a focus on consumer mobile applications; experience with enterprise web tools is a plus.
    • Proven success in building and launching features related to nutrition, health, or wellness.
    • Experience owning at least one full product or feature lifecycle from ideation to launch.
    • Strong product writing and communication skills, with an ability to define clear requirements and success metrics.
    • Self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments.
    • Proficient in analyzing product data and using insights to guide prioritization.
    • Track record of distilling complex problems into simple, elegant solutions.
    • Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally across multiple disciplines to ship high-impact features.

You’ll own the full product lifecycle—from strategy and market analysis to requirements gathering, backlog management, and customer engagement. You’ll also serve as a key liaison between engineering, sales, and clients.

    👩‍🎓Qualifications:

     

    • 5+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology, ideally focused on Medicare Advantage or risk adjustment
    • Strong knowledge of Medicare risk adjustment models and regulatory landscape
    • Bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or science-related field
    • Familiarity with EHR interoperability standards and APIs (e.g., FHIR, CCDA, HL7)
    • Previous experience in a startup or fast-growth environment preferred
    • Comfort working with distributed/remote teams
    • Exceptional communication, organization, and cross-functional collaboration skills
    • Proven ability to lead without formal authority
