    Job Title: Senior Product Manager – Claims and PBM

    Location: Remote

As we continue to grow and expand our offerings, we are seeking a talented Senior Product Manager to lead our Claims and Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) product portfolio.

    Position Overview: As the Senior Product Manager for Claims and PBM, you will play a pivotal role in driving the strategy, development, and enhancement of our claims processing and pharmacy benefit management solutions. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, sales, and operations, to deliver best-in-class products that meet the needs of our clients and drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    1. Product Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive product strategy for the Claims and PBM product portfolio, aligned with the company’s overall vision and objectives.

    2. Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs in the claims processing and PBM space. Utilize insights to inform product roadmap and prioritize features.

    3. Product Roadmap: Define and maintain the product roadmap, outlining key initiatives, features, and timelines. Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business goals.

    4. Feature Prioritization: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements based on business value, customer feedback, and market demand. Make data-driven decisions to optimize product performance and user experience.

    5. Product Development: Lead the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch, including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, and rollout. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality products that meet customer expectations.

    6. Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and vendors. Collaborate effectively to gather feedback, address issues, and drive product adoption and success.

    7. Product Marketing: Partner with the marketing team to develop go-to-market strategies, messaging, and collateral to promote Claims and PBM products. Support sales efforts with product demonstrations, training, and sales enablement materials.

    8. Performance Monitoring: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track product performance and success. Monitor and analyze data to identify opportunities for optimization and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field; MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
    • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with a focus on healthcare technology, claims processing, or pharmacy benefit management.
    • Proven track record of successfully leading product development initiatives from concept to launch, preferably in a fast-paced, agile environment.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape, particularly in the pharmacy benefit management space.
    • Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to gather and interpret data to make informed decisions.
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
    • Strategic thinker with a customer-centric mindset and a passion for driving innovation and delivering value to customers.
